I called around 130 on Saturday to order a medium pizza to pick up- and was told it wouldn’t be ready till 3:30 PM - that’s two hours!!! She said she was all by herself and was busy! I canceled my order!! you need to get more help!! Two hour. Wait time for a medium pizza is ridiculous.

I found a bugger and a hair peace in my pizza and I told that it was there and then she ran fast towards me then the manger thrown it away then poored powder in my face then I fainted .

Stopped in for lunch at noon and there was nothing but yesterday’s pizza and some leftover breakfast sandwiches. This is the third time in a row at this Casey’s. Switched to Kwik Star.

Worked here about a year ago. Told them when they hired my newborn son at the time had a heart defect so there would be days I miss for his appointments and such. My son got rushed to the emergency room one night and I told my boss that I wasn’t going to be in the next day because they were sending us to Iowa city’s children hospital and he fired me lol. This store is a complete joke the Job I have now is so so much better with this stuff. John is a horrible store manager.

Whoever manages this location needs to re-evalute. It never has any food ready and available, and in the rare instance when does, the Casey's half slice of cheese policy is misleading and a rip-off.

Worst Casey's in Des moines, never any donuts up in the morning at 7am, pizza is always stale and takes forever to get checked put as most of the employee sit around talking while only 1 person is working. This is everyday never stop here.

My second, third visit in the last month and there has been no food in warmers. No Pizza no sandwiches. I work close by and when I need something quick for a very small break for lunch, I come here. It’s been a real disappointment.

I work less then 5 minutes from this location. This location use to be the go to for lunch every day. Now after multiple times of coming in to get food for lunch from 11:45 to late as 12:30 and the hot food racks being empty we no longer even think of coming here. There will be 3 people in the kitchen and somehow there is no food ready. No, there was not food about to be ready.If you want lunch, go to Kwik Star, only 3 minute drive and since going there for lunch. They always have hot food ready.

This is the second day in a row that I have come to this location at different times of the morning and there has been no food in the warmers. I came here yesterday and they had maybe 2 breakfast burritos today they had nothing.

I will say this, the location is on the spot. I went here about 2 times both to get donuts and drinks, the donuts here do taste good nonetheless. While the French Vanilla cappuccino I had this morning was good, no hate, but it's a bit too foamy, otherwise it's wasn't too bad.
