GREAT EXPERIENCE! Wedding bouquets turned out beautiful & received great color advice while deciding on choices.
I also got two silk corsages to mail to family that couldn’t make it & they were completed with plenty of time to mail out, which I appreciated.
Overall, loved the end results & couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you so much Carmen’s!

Such a fun visit, as staffers Christy and Morgan were so friendly and fun! We had met Mary from their store a day earlier when she delivered a product to our home, and she was so kind that we had to visit! Whether it's flowers, gifts, eyeglasses, notepads, children's items, or cards, this place really rocks.

Mindy was amazing! I showed her some inspirational photos for my bridal and bridesmaids bouquet and the grooms boutonnière and let her do her thing. She did amazing and the flowers held up great! Definitely recommend for weddings!

I had a great experience with Carmen’s Flowers. The shop is adorable with lots of great gift items along with beautiful flowers. The arrangement we got was beautiful and got lots of compliments. I would highly recommend!

The flowers didn’t show up for my son’s wedding so I gave Carmen’s Flowers Uptown a call and boy did Mindy deliver. In less than 24 hours the bride and bridesmaids had the most beautiful bouquets I could of asked for. Thank you Mindy at Carmen’s Flowers Uptown in Ankeny Iowa the only place I’ll be using from now on and highly recommend!

Carmen’s did a terrific job of making a very custom bouquet for a gift. They coordinated a tricky delivery easily, made a green rubber duck look beautiful amongst healthy high quality blooms, and went the extra mile to make the recipient and the giver smile. Thanks Carmen’s!

Southview Middle School is a proud supporter of Carmen's flowers. They are highly professional and generous. Carmen's donated three beautiful corsages to honor our retirees this year and we couldn't be more appreciative of their thoughtfulness to recognize the years of service of these educators. This truly meant so much. We will gladly continue to support local businesses like Carmen's!

I ordered an arrangement for a service recently and was not happy with the outcome.
I ordered online and received the order confirmation, everything was good. Then arriving at the service I noticed there was no arrangement delivered. Worried, I called the shop and was informed they didn't have any deliveries for that service. Upon further searching they discovered the order had been outsourced to somewhere else without any notification to me. While they were searching to see who the order was outsourced to a Hy-Vee delivery truck arrived to the service with an arrangement. I saw the card that it was from me, however, it was not at all what was ordered. We ordered a rubber tree, something unique. We received a basket of grass.
A communication to let us know that this order was no longer being fulfilled by Carmen's and sent elsewhere with the possibility of receiving something completely different than ordered would have been nice. This would have given us the opportunity to change florists and get what we had originally purchased.

My husband gave me roses a few weeks ago and they were gorgeous! I was able to enjoy them for two weeks! Last week I sent a friend some flowers after surgery and had them do the bouquet. He was so pleased and said they were "beautiful" and lasted longer than any other flowers he received. Kudos to all of you at Carmen's!!

Im a bit disappointed. I don’t live in Ankeny so 2 weeks ago, I did a google search to buy my mom the best flowers I could find. The picture on the website is not what she received. It looks like they bunched up a bunch of greenery.
Also I put a note saying to please drop them off before 9 and they go there after 12. Which is fine but when I called to ask I was treated with an attitude. I’m a huge fan of floral arraignments and paying over $100 for it and not be satisfied is insane.
