I just had my ac refrigerant replaced/recharged on my Honda Civic I was charged $580 dollars which seems high but it needed to be done. When I got the bill I was shocked to see that they charged me 160 ounces (10 pounds). My Civic holds 18 ounces, heck a semi holds 48 ounces. Being ripped off that much is unacceptable.

Very thankful to these guys. They did a great job for me. I had my Silverado at multiple other shops in town and nobody could figure out the electrical issue I was having. I dropped my vehicle off with no appointment expecting it to be a few days but they called me within a couple hours and said they found a broken wire. It was a cheap fix and did not even charge me a fee for looking at like the other shops that couldn’t figure it out did.

Took my car in last year to have all 4 break pads and rotors replaced. A couple months later I called back because there was a squealing noise coming from the front right tire whenever I turned and stopped. They said the breaks just needed to be broke in more because I don’t drive enough. Waited another 6 months after that and took it back in to have them look at it for the same issue. They said one of my break pads looked like it had wear down the middle as if it was parked for a long time… it wasn’t. Now 15 months later it still makes the same noise and I’m going back again to have them take a look and (hopefully) repair what they didn’t do the first time. If not I will consider small claims because I paid $1000+ for them to not replace everything I paid for. Looks like they only replaced two rotors. Front right and back left are the rusty ones. I can’t stress enough that you need to take your car to Aim High or Woodys. I will never be back here. Also the extension 103500 doesn’t work nice try tho.

I went there last week and they did me a really big solid. They took an old part from their old delivery car and they put it on my car and actually was reasonable. Then they warned me about the prices it's gonna go up. I said I don't have the money. Cause I'm on a fixed income when I went there, they checked the price. S just to replace front brakes. They $671 and I said that's too high.They said well, that's all we got.We can't give you any mthen that we are taking $100 off the original price.I said there'ss no way I can forward this and they said well , it's not Fault, they just raised the prices on everything. Actually, that's a good price. I didn't see that I went to battery plus that gave me an extremely real fair price plus I had rotors put on and caliber's and it only came out to $470.09.

Excellent experience - we took our car in, they called to let us know that our tire couldn't be repaired and had alternatives ready, with no pressure sales.

We had car trouble 4 hours from home and these guys worked us in on a very busy Friday and checked some things for us. They even took the time to speak on the phone to our mechanic back home to help him know where to start when we got back.Kind, professional, honest, and affordable. I don’t know what else you would need in a mechanic shop than that. Thank you CarX!!

Walked in for a four tire estimate. Impressed with Mark and Sean as they were pleasant, professional. Answered my questions. Would have had my vehicle same day but weather had other plans. They kept my vehicle in the shop over night which was appreciated. Called when completed and price spot on with estimate. No surprises. Will definitely be using Car-X with any future services.

Misleading about service costs. Manager tried to blame us for taking money away from the employees. Car wasn't put back together properly and I'm only now finding out years later after the damage is already done.
