Antonio, the Ankeny, IA manager, personally did my transaction. He was awesome. He had a woman he was dealing with before me who was very demanding. Let’s just say he has the patience of a saint. Lol. He put me in a nice vehicle and had me on the road super fast. Enterprise is the only company I ever rent from.”

“Same location as Budget from an earlier review. I'll save you the time of searching for it; you're gonna want to talk to Sam. He's the man. And big thanks to Jake for driving us home ina doggone tornado. That is NOT a typo. These guys drove me home in a Caddy during a tornado while dodging downed trees. I ain't even making this up. Sam and the boys are so far above and beyond the goal they ought to be running their own franchise. Whatever they are paid is chump change for the lengths they went for a average customer. Need more than 5 stars tbh.”
