“My daughter in law Emily works for Enterprise and helped me line up a ride for a short trip i was taking. I was able to pick up my ride close to home at Ankeny Iowa location. Where Tyler met me and set me up with my ride. He showed it and explained the process (Helpful and kind). During trip Rita followed up to make sure things were satisfactory and my ride was working out for me (It was a nice ride worded out perfect). Then Hunter followed up after I returned my ride to again make sure my trip went good and to let me know my return of the vehicle went well. He was helpful, he was accurate,he was persistent when I needed it and made the entire situation so, so, so much easier than it could have been.
