Assistant General Manager Chase Adamson told me that I could only return an item to the store I purchased it from, which is a lie. According to Best Buy's return policy, you can return an item you purchased to any store within the U.S. He then threatened to have corporate cancel my Totaltech membership (which I paid $200 for) if I didn't keep the item that I am trying to return. He is being manipulative and deceitful just because they don't like their store numbers to take a hit from returns. I will not shop here again. Ever.

Bought a LG OLED tv. On sale for $999.00. Got my name, information, apt# and was told I would receive a call when it was being delivered to my door. 2 days later I find an email saying they left it in a mail room 2 blocks from my apartment and the screen was shattered. When I took it back they claimed they weren’t responsible for shipping and didn’t offer to make it right Buuuuuttt… did offer to sell me a more expensive model in stock for only $500 more! What a joke.

Paid for delivery and installation, I told them which door to use so it fit in the doorway. They used the other door and and refused to do the installation. Then when I call to complain and ask for compensation they offer a gift card for the same amount I asked for a refund on. I asked for that in a refund and their response was well My system won't let me. Still waking on a 30min call back from a manager 2 hours ago..

Best buy delivery is worthless. I bought a washer and dryer from this Best buy. First of all they had to schedule me out 15 days for delivery. Then I waited until almost 5 pm on delivery day, wondering what happened. First, they said they showed up at 12:09 to deliver, which they didn't because I was close to the front door all day and also my dogs would have barked. Then he puts me in hold for 30 minutes and hangs up. He stated that he needed my number in case we get disconnected but he never called back. I finally called back frustrated and they put me in hold for another 20 minutes. The next guy I talk to says they had a problem with the truck? How did the pervious person i talked to have pictures then? No compensation for the time I spent and they rescheduled me another 3 days out. When i asked if I could talk to a manager, he said no one was available of course. Best buy is becoming the unreliable store that many other companies have fallen prey to.

Great selection of products VS. other locations. No problems at all with the employees, but my god are they pressured to upsell warranties, additional coverage, credit cards, and so on.
