The places I called before Aim High Automotive did not want to work on my car or said no, “the car is too old” and parts may be hard to come by. No hesitation at all, Aim High Automotive was happy to tell me to bring it in and fixed the issue. They took care of my car very well while at the shop which I really appreciate. “Not great for quick tire repair. I've tried a few times when I'm in town and I'm always told it can maybe be done by end of day. Just to patch a tire. I'm glad this isn't an emergency. This location is right off the interstate too.

I stopped in today and was finally able to just stop in and get my tire patched. They got my vehicle right in. It took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cost about 46 bucks. The employees were very friendly.”

“My wife’s friend, a single mother, power steering broke. She went to a shop in Ankeny. They diagnosed the problem for
$154. They quoted $1650 to fix it parts and labor.
We called Tim’s mechanic. He said bring it in and quoted about $650 to do the repairs, plus parts cost.
Tim’s mechanic found that the only problem was a bad high pressure hose and the repair ended costing about $425 parts and labor.
Tim’s BP is an honest broker. The only shop I will ever use and recommend. That mother needs every penny these days.
We are very grateful.”
“Very helpful and knowledgeable. I took my clipper blades to be sharpened. The gentleman who helped me, said the blade was plugged with dog hair. He took time to show me how to clean and oil the blades. I'm not a professional groomer, just a dog mom taking care of her babies. I so appreciated him taking time for instructions! And no charge! They sharpen all kinds of things from scissors to chain saws. Highly recommend!”
“I came in for an inspection on my tie rod and they said I needed a new one but didn’t have the part of on hand and told me to come back tomorrow once they get one in. I came back and they didn’t have the part and Frank had one of his team members go out to a different auto shop so they could get it done that same day. There was a little mix up in getting the part but nonetheless, Frank and the team worked diligently to get it there. Frank was the absolute best and asked if there was anything else I needed done while I was there so I got new wiper blades installed and new cabin and air filters installed. Frank worked tirelessly to make sure I was all set to go and was very apologetic that the part wasn’t there when I got there and I had to stay a little while longer than I was supposed to (2.5 hours compared to 1 or less). Frank earned my service for a very long time and I cannot thank him enough for what he did. Frank didn’t overcharge on anything and cut me some deals because of the time I spent there. “Very thankful to these guys. They did a great job for me. I had my Silverado at multiple other shops in town and nobody could figure out the electrical issue I was having. I dropped my vehicle off with no appointment expecting it to be a few days but they called me within a couple hours and said they found a broken wire. It was a cheap fix and did not even charge me a fee for looking at like the other shops that couldn’t figure it out did.”
