The staff was warm and welcoming very accommodating. Parking is a bit tricky as it is on the corner of a busy intersection. Flowers are a bit pricey and the bouquet that we bought for my father's funeral lasted about 4 days. They do deliver.

I went in looking for a bouquet with lavender. There wasn't any, so the lady working went in back & added exactly what I wanted. It's such a fun store with so much more than flowers.

Pathetic excuse for a boquet. Over priced garbage that smelled nothing like flowers I won't ever buy from them again. Today's my wedding day so I just have to deal with it and move on. DO NOT go here if you want to enjoy your flowers

I really really appreciate this flower shop. They’re really nice. And there’s a lot of different kinds of things in that and Really convenient location also. Some really unique stuff in the flower shop also and the staff is always helpful.

Edited: Flowerama did make this right. The flowers I received today are so pretty and I appreciate how fast this issue was resolved.The flowers I received for my birthday were horrible. Luckily the store was able to make it right and replace them. The flowers I received for Valentine's Day were literally dead and falling apart. We threw them away the next day because it was embarrassing to look at. I shouldn't have to take my flowers back every single time.

I want to give a huge thank you to Tina. I live in California and recently battled stage 3 breast cancer. My aunt who lives in Ankeny is having breast cancer surgery tomorrow. I was in a panic about getting pink flowers sent to her to show my support. Tina took the time to look for pink flowers and she can up with several great ideas for an arrangement. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am that Tina helped me, even at the very last minute before the shop closed. She also was willing to have a picture of the final arrangement text to me since I live so far away. Again thank you Tina, you yourself are 5 stars.
