Family atmosphere, friendly staff, prompt on fixing anything, huge yards, awesome wildlife ( birds. Rabbits, sometimes a deer walks through, convenient location for hospital, Walmart, McDonalds, theisens, subway, doctor office, pharmacy, Very nice apartment, AWESOME Landlord and Manager!!!

Very nice apartment. Quiet here with sounds of nature too. Manager Sherri is very helpful and gets things done, Very nice lady. Maintenance Lady, Annette does awesome work , painting and cleans apartments, She runs into when people move out She has a ton of cleaning and repairing whatever the renter did, But when she is done the apartment looks new! Awesome people here hands down !!

The landlord walked into my apartment while I was an hour away at work, Let 2 of my EX gf’s of whom I hadn’t seen or heard from in over 6 months come in and watched her steal all 3 of my animals and take a bunch of my things (Which i STILL have not gotten back nor seen compensation for) DO NOT MOVE HERE! Gave them 2 weeks after the original move in day to install showerhead and blinds but to no avail. When they finally did it the blinds fell down after a week and I had to get supplies and install myself. They will screw you every chance you get, I didn’t have a job and they were still charging me $652/month. If i had the financial abilities at the time i would have sued.

Manager is very nice n caring. Love the Privacy trees around buildings too. The apartments are nice and have nice window view too. Nice location by convenience stores and restaurants and walmart and hospital , doctors.

Ever since they got the new manager they have greatly increased! She has turned this place around! She is very polite and cares about the people. Could have a better maintenance guy and just hire someone instead of a contractor. Could have better dryers cuz they just make my clothes very damp but overall she keeps this place in great shape!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! Theyve wrongfully evicted me & ARE VERY, DISTURBINGLY RACIST This was the WORST 4 months of my life & I was BARELY HOME!!! The neighbors are rude, they take pictures of you and your kids/company and everything you do or maybe just ME because I’m the only African American looking person around. Literally, DRIVE PAST!!! I would NOT recommend

Lived here for 9 months. Would not recommend anyone to move here. Some of the people that lived here were polite and pleasant to talk with, but some people like that mammoth that moved into the building we lived in and lived right above us made life here unbearable. Manager never did anything about it besides telling us to call the cops. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

Could be better, could of been a lot worse. I've lived in worse. The manager at the time was horrible. Had 2 different managers in the 3 years of living there. The first one was amazing and nice : the second one, not so much.. But now they are under new management and I've heard good things about her.

Very quiet apartments, my friend lives there the only problem is the hallways smell like ashtrays. I personally have not dealt with the management. But the hallways are so strong of cigarettes it knocks you over when you open the door.
