have had your equipment for over 10 years. have never had a maintenance check or replaced the units....very poor service. equipment of working i hope, really dont know we add salt so yes but still no check on your equipment if not good customer service.

I lost water pressure and wasn't sure what caused it. Steve was able to diagnose the problem right away, He replaced the stack assembly and resin and it's like new again.
