I highly recommend working with United Country/Barner Realty & Auction! Working with Brett and Ryan was an awesome experience! We had been looking for a house in a very specific area for quite some time. Brett and Ryan not only found us the perfect house for our family, but they helped us sell our home as well. Our house had not even hit the market and it was already sold! This was our first time selling and they walked us through each step and the process was incredibly smooth! We bought and sold our home in less than a month working with them!

We chose Bret of Barner Realty & Auctions to sell our acreage and buy our new home - and were glad we did.Bret is very knowledgeable, honest, and enjoyable to work with and we consider him a newly found friend.Working with Bret was a team effort, he truly represented US in buying and selling, always keeping our best interest in mind.He was available 24/7 and went to get lengths to find answers to our questions that weren't readily available on the listings and/or disclosures.We would not hesitate to use his services again, if the need should ever arise. First met Bart when looking at a lot for sale in Anamosa. Bart found us the perfect lot, lined me up with a great contractor and excavation company to consult about the dirt work and construction options, and we built out home, and absolutely love it.(Thanks Lonnie and Erin Humpfal of Elon Homes, Anamosa) In addition, Bart rented us a mini storage at a great rate that we used for about a year as we moved into our new home. Perfect storage facility, dry, easy access, quality snow removal last winter, couldn't ask for a better experience from A to Z. Thanks Bart!!!!!

My entire family is grateful to Bart at Barner Realty and Auction for going above and beyond to take care of us through our real estate transactions. He is knowledgeable, professional, and truly helpful. We have worked with him on a couple of occasions, each time we did not know what we were doing but he walked us through step-by-step. Bret Barner and his team were amazing to work with. They helped with the auction to get the farm ready to sell, they helped get everything removed from the property, they took great pics for listing, all the way thru the sale they kept me informed and up to date.
