“First time getting an oil change on my new car and normally I change my own oil, but decided to have a shop do it instead. Glad I did. The old oil filter was put on so tight at the dealership, removing it broke the oil filter housing. They replaced it for me free of charge and in record time considering they had to get a new part from somewhere else. Thank you! I will definitely be back.”
