Tried calling both wells Fargo banks in Ames Iowa and nobody seems to know ow how to answer a phone. How the hell can they run a business if they can't answer a phone.

I had good experience before, but yesterday was bad and weird… I think I got “educated ” by a banker… weird. You’ll understand once you’re there.

Today, my girlfriend and I brought in our loose change to be exchanged for cash. There were two tellers there that helped us count our change, and even though they don't have a coin-counting machine there, the process was fast, efficient and fun. The tellers were both very nice, it only took about 10 minutes (for $77 worth of change) and we had a great conversation! I would definitely recommending coming here to exchange your change for cash and for great service.
