There is one woman who works the drive thru and she is the slowest tech ever! Three cars ahead of me and I waited almost 15 minutes! Everytime she is working the wait time is incredible. Don’t have her work the drive thru. PLEASE

ur store is overall great, big with a lot of products that're neatly organized. however, the only thing that makes coming here a bad experience is the older, miserable woman working the cash register in the front yesterday afternoon around 1-3pm. she should not be employed here or anywhere since she is not nice, no customer service skills, and very biased towards women. she greets every single man that enters the store and seems overall "nice" towards only men. not that it would do any difference, but it should as the "head" of your store would vastly improve, if not for her.

This is the worst pharmacy I know. The service is bad and always behind schedule. The attendants are mean and rude. I would give zero stars if possible.

I was given a $10 off coupon for getting a vaccine. I spent 30 minutes and talked with 3 staff people before learning that you had to be a " member" so the coupon was worthless. I'll never go back.

I waited on the phone for over two hours with the recording starting out that there were two people before me, then one and no one ever came on the phone from the pharmacy or the store. It made us decide that we didn’t want to do business with them.

The employees are always kind but it often takes 20+ minutes waiting in line to pickup prescriptions and it can take awhile for prescriptions to be filled. The phone line also takes awhile.

Got a text my prescription would be held for 5 days. Waited in line for 20 minutes on day 4 only to be told it wasn’t ready. Don’t waste your time, go to a different pharmacy.

This store has never recovered since COVID. It takes days to get refills on scripts, half time pharmacy is closed. ATM is always broke, can't get help in photo department. Might as well drive to Ankeny or Des Moines for better service.

This store since Covid has been a complete and utter dumpster fire. I placed an order for prescription refills on MONDAY, have spent 4 hours this week on hold when asked to call them because of a delay in the prescriptions. Finally on Friday at 4:45 PM. I was able to get a hold of someone they told me my prescriptions were out of date and that I would have to call my doctor at 5 o'clock in the afternoon on a Friday to get it refilled, this was not told to me on Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday after an hour hold each day, just that they were having issues filling the prescriptions. So now I am unable to get my life-saving medication for myself or my son because this pharmacy can't staff enough people to answer the damn phone. My business is now at Walmart. I will never shop at the store again.

The pharmacy has always done everything they can for me to make it as seem less as possible. Today the pharmacy tech Jeremy went above and beyond and helped me save a decent chunk of change. The man is a kind heart and didn’t have to do it for me, no one else has. He deserves a raise!!!!!

The pharmacy is not organized. I call they say my medication is ready for pickup, I get there, somehow my medication is not ready. They never answer their phone. The drive through is not available. They just seem to me all over the place. I recommend spending your time elsewhere.
