I prefer smaller retailers because of people like Dylan and Kaitlyn because they care. I went to add my dad on my plan and get him a new phone. I let them know about the issues my phone was having, and they talked me through and upgrade and a promotion going on for mothers day in order to actually save us money. They found a solution to satisfy everyone on our plan without us feeling like we were being pushed into anything. I used to work for Verizon, so I know how they want you selling certain things, but not once did they make us feel like they were selling unnecessary items in order to make themselves money. They also were great people in general. The \\\"wait\\\" didn't even feel like a wait because they were so personable that we were able to connect and talk with them while phones transferred over and while they did all the paperwork and computer side of things. Definitely recommend going to this retailer specifically for the people there!!

Usually only one or two employees present so there can be a wait, but the people in this store are ON POINT. They solve problems and get things done. They are sharp, personable, polite, knowledgable and professional. In short, they know their business and are good at it. The store itself is situated oddly and parking can be an issue, but that is the only downside.

The guys at this particular Verizon were very helpful with our new phone Purchase, And they help us set up the phone's properly. And they are very nice to work with.

Awesome place to shop! On rare occasions there is a little bit of a wait, but they try they're hardest to get to help you as fast as they can! Evan and Anthony are the bomb and SUPER DUPER helpful!!!

Exquisite Retail Store got what I needed quick and Easy! There is one Associate named Anthony in the store that deserves a Raise or a Promotion. A very Genuine and Customer Friendly Person showed me what I needed and helped me with opinions about other products in the store that might help one of my Family members. Totally will be back and I recommend this to anyone!
