Called after they closed without knowing and someone that happened to be there totally saved me by adding my apt number to my package so it could be delivered properly. Super happy with how willing he was to help me out

USPS is supposed to be able to print shipping labels for those who do not have a printer. Unfortunately this location refuses to offer that service. Their customer service was also rude.

Not easily recognizable at first but HyVee's staff would help you locate it. Slightly busy during evenings but the employees do a great job tending to each customer's needs with the line moving pretty fast. They have only priority envelopes so get your stationeries like tape, glue or brown envelopes from the HyVee store before going to the USPS.

The mailing system has failed me and doesn't want to own up to its mistake. They sent me someone else's tax form! They stamped my name on a sticker and put it over the other person's name. In my off time I went to return it in person, they told me "take it to the university"
Excuse me? You can send it back. You can contact them and explain YOUR mistake. I came to you for help and all I got was "take it to beardsheer". They acted like they couldn't do anything. I work full time during the day and I cannot take it to the university. Plus, its NOT MY JOB. ITS THEIR MISTAKE. I'm disappointed and frustrated.
