The Lady working there is rude and unhelpful. She should be trained in costumer service. Avoid this location and if you manage this location she was closing the store on 05/30/2023.A wonder that people think they can work a job they obviously aren’t fit for.

They accept only cash/checks. Be ready to wait for an average of 20-40 minutes as they do process things slowly.

Only ship with very select services. Don't accept credit or debit cards. Had to unpack and repack my box and pay twice as much because of it.Two days later the tracking number still is listed as "label created, not yet entered into system". Not ok considering I was there immediately upon opening. Had I known this, I would have just taken the two buses downtown to get this package shipped. Now I'm just hoping it actually goes out first thing tomorrow morning. I have $400 being held on this shipment.Only reason for 2 stars is the lady was nice...even if not exactly knowledgeable. Will not make the mistake of trying to save time coming here again. Twice the price and no idea when my package will actually be shipped. Not an acceptable business practice.

Google DOESN'T tell you they don't accept cards, it's in the back of Ace Hardware , and they ONLY do letters and flats(but they have stuff to send packages?) Google needs to correct their listing.

Stopped in after church Sunday morning to see it they had fuel line for weedwacker. Local big box store did not. Lots of folks working at store eager to assist. I got my fuel line and went to check out. Lady in front of me was getting a key cut. I asked if they could cut a key for my 2010 Scion. They could. Local Big Box store could not and local dealer wanted $20 for a key. This is a standard key without a chip. Ace cut me key for $2.99. Great service and great value! I note they are now a Stihl Dealer so I have another reason to stop. I will be back!
