Tre was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us options and spent time with us which we really appreciated. We had considered trying a different carrier, but will stay with US Cellular because of the great service we received. Thank you Tre!

Josh has great customer skills, answering all my questions and explained my new phone, plan, and what I needed to do for my warranties. Thanks to Josh I had a great experience and he even stayed several minutes after closing to insure I was taken care of.

Tre was great!! He took the time to really go over the benefits and prices and broke down the monthly pricing per month and made it easy to understand. I just wish the phone I wanted was in stock in store.

Josh and Tre made my experience switching phones and porting over a 2nd phone number from a different carrier to one phone a breeze. Both Tre and Josh are extremely knowledgeable about their products and their professionalism is top notch. While in the store I witnessed them interact with customers with patience and kindness. I actually left feeling good about my experience and all my issues were resolved with 100% satisfaction.

Drove an hour to ames for a decent us cellular. Needed to upgrade one phone on our line and the service and this guy was amazing. Didn't sell things we didn't want. Made sure he was updating the currect line multiple times. Service was the best we've ever had at a us cellular store.

The customer service I received was excellent. It turned out I needed a new phone. I was guided through the process from start to finish and the phone will actually cost less per month than my previous device. I felt like I had scored a victory with that alone. While each new device takes some getting used to I am already feeling really good with the new device. The process was smooth and efficient. What I expected to take at least an hour was done In about 30 minutes. I have already recommended to the other person on our plan that they do an upgrade and have this associate help them with it.
