I went in to drop off a package that was a return to Amazon. Very routine, I have sold on Ebay for 16 years now. The older women refused to scan my package. She wanted me to pay for a print from my email. I don't know what you charge to print one page, and the box was a simple scan. I won't be back.

Ames no longer allows for you to contact the customer center with package concerns. pray they don't mess up your delivery because if they do you get zero help from anyone and have to either order again or order something else as none of the remaining stores have a direct connection to the delivery trucks

One of the employees showed no interest in helping me and simply handed me a sheet to answer the question I asked him.handed me The sheet indicated the prices of boxes I was looking to buy. They wanted $11 for a box. I will set my items on fire before I will spend $11 on a box.

Scammers they want to charge you for printing as well as $2 1 minute computer use. UPS all have different owners and these charge so much more than the others

This location is a ripoff. I was charged $200 more than another UPS store location to ship the same package. I was told it was an oversized package but it was the same package, not sure how the package grew in transport from the other store. Also, the other location gave me a AAA member discount, not this location. I guess they have to get as much money as possible from customers. Hopefully the woman at the counter was just having a bad day because she was not friendly or helpful.Also, customer service was a joke. I was told I had to dispute it from the store, and they could do nothing to help.

This store packed & shipped a vintage stereo receiver for me from a local auction house end of Sept. I'm not sure who exactly packed it but this person KNOWS HOW TO PACK vintage receivers. I was emailing with Amulya Sharma. So THANK YOU for the incredible packing job!
