This location is a ripoff. I was charged $200 more than another UPS store location to ship the same package. I was told it was an oversized package but it was the same package, not sure how the package grew in transport from the other store. Also, the other location gave me a AAA member discount, not this location. I guess they have to get as much money as possible from customers. Hopefully the woman at the counter was just having a bad day because she was not friendly or helpful.Also, customer service was a joke. I was told I had to dispute it from the store, and they could do nothing to help.

This store packed & shipped a vintage stereo receiver for me from a local auction house end of Sept. I'm not sure who exactly packed it but this person KNOWS HOW TO PACK vintage receivers. I was emailing with Amulya Sharma. So THANK YOU for the incredible packing job!

I have never had such a bad customer service. The guy that helped me kept spelling my name and address wrong and then my package goes missing and when I go back and he does a claim because I got the wrong shipment ID from him,he entered my address wrong so now I’m stuck with no help and no refund because they probably sent the check to the wrong address. I still can’t believe this happened to me the item that I shipped was $500 and they were only going to pay me $100 and now I can’t even get those $100 because he completely messed up my address which I don’t understand how you do that when I literally wrote it down for him.
