I had a package that arrived at the Facility on Tuesday, I need to sign for the package so I payed $9.99 to have it rescheduled for delivery on Thursday, Thursday comes and goes and the package never left for delivery. Apparently the person who normally handles those in the afternoon was off that day, honestly that's not an issue to me.
The main issue I want to vent my frustrations about would be the fact that I tried to call the Customer Center and all I got was the 800 automated system and it refused to allow me to talk to a person, I would start the call requesting a person and the automated system would cut me off saying it needs some information first before it can connect me to a person. it would ask for shipping info, then inform me that the package is scheduled to be delivered today and that I should check the tracking website for more info.
The tracking website was useless to me it already told me everything I knew which was that my package, which should have been out for delivery, was still at the facility stuck in processing. Had I been able to get a hold of a person at the center instead of the automated system shafting me I could have found out if my package was actually there at all (which was a worry, I've had a package that I ordered from Newegg disappear before it went out for delivery recently. Thankfully it was there and I picked it up this morning.)
Thankfully visiting the Customer Center was a quick and easy process and that's why they get 4 star rating, but had I been able to call them directly the day before to inquire about the status of my package it would not have been necessary and I could have waited for it to be delivered Friday or even been lucky enough to have it added to another outgoing truck the day before. (the hours are 9AM-11PM and 3PM-6PM btw, and I did call them during the noon hours I waited until 3:15)

I have a package that some how made it from California to Ames Iowa, 15 minuets from house, where they for whatever reason decided the address wasn’t good enough and sent it back to the shipper two time zones away costing me another 2 weeks absolutly poor service and clearly no one employed has any type of common since. I even offered to pick it up but no it has to be driven across country three times because that makes logistical since. I guess what do you expect from a bunch of union scabs

We have struggled with UPS for years ! I wish Amazon would use someone else.We have several packages “attempted to be delivered “ and “held for pick up “ and then the app says WE requested the pick up (this is all lies. We have cameras the truck never even came up the driveway) and this is only the newest issue…broken stuff, missed packages etc… our area has the worst drivers.

Their drivers can’t figure out a buzzer system for an apartment and delayed my packages for two days. When I called customer service they were less than helpful, made me pay to pick up from the location and once it was updated the store was already closed. Furthermore, I’m told me pick up my package on Saturday and the website says they are open on Saturdays but on the building it says they are closed weekends. UPS is the only carrier that has this much difficulty delivering my packages. Will try my best to never use them.

They have been delivering to my house for years, but this week they said my address was undeliverable and sent most of my Christmas presents back to the stores. Now I am scrambling to get gifts for Cristsmas. When I reached to them to see why they had no answer. They just said that was too bad, there was nothing they could do about it. Very poor customer service If there was a zero rating That is what I would give them

Two packages were supposed to arrive today. One of two arrived successfully without any trouble, despite an address change. The other one that was also supposed to arrive TODAY, is somehow delayed to monday. Like are you being serious? Why couldn't you just deliver the second package today as is?

UPS overall is terrible. I was trying to get ahold of customer service about a package that I was not going to be home for but had to sign for. I could never get past the automated answering system as it actively refused to get me to an operator. They also want to charge you to pick your package up from instore instead of having it delivered even when you told them you would not be home, however if you miss the delivery 3 times you can pick it up instore for free. What a stupid policy. I will never be using UPS again.

I’d like to give this location a higher rating, but being closed 11-3pm is so frustrating! I know it’s hard to find help, but I can’t believe someone can scan packages in or out for 4 hours. I feel like the hours were like this even before people got too lazy to work. Nothing like being in the service industry, only to be closed during normal service hours.

I have a package that requires a signature that was originally supposed to show up on Tuesday. On Monday, the tracking changed the delivery to Thursday. Okay, not a big deal. I tried to go online to keep the package at the Customer Center so I could pick it up but I would need the delivery notice to do that. Came home midday today (Thursday), no delivery notice and I checked the tracking and it said the package was still out for delivery by 7pm. I waited until 7pm. No package and no change to the tracking status. I had plans for the evening, so I called customer service to see what was going on with my package. I was told the package would arrive by 9pm. I had to cancel my plans and I waited until 9pm. The package still hadn't arrived and online tracking has no update (package was still arriving at 7pm). I called customer service AGAIN. Initially I was told they could not help me. After arguing with customer service I was told the package would arrive at 10pm! The package did arrive at 9:45pm. I understand things happen but the online tracking should be updated to reflect time changes so customers can plan accordingly. I would have been happy to make arrangements to pick up the package at the Customer Center if that had been an option. I had plans and things that needed to get done this evening but spent the entire time waiting for a package that was not delivered within the time I was told.
