Man working at the counter is terribly condescending. Hours are also slightly odd and hard to meet if you have a busy schedule.

The least helpful place. Tried sending an international package at 4 o’clock and said they did not have time when last time I send a international package with them only took 2-5min. One of the rudest interactions I’ve had.

Do not do business here. The guy at the counter is condescending, rude, and very unhelpful. I've had three conversations with him and he talked down to me every time. I was trying to get a po box set up because my mail was getting misplaced being delivered to the house. He didn't bother telling me I couldn't have my mail forwarded from a Sorority. I went in less than a week after I got the box to find out why my mail was still going to thr house. That's when he decided to inform me I was supposed to fill out a change of address form (I've never had to do that in the past when getting a po box), and then after I fill that out he says they can't forward mail. So I cancel my po box since I can't use it, and he shorted my refund. Even though he lied about the process. So he made himself 6 dollars all by lying to me. Make the drive across town to go to the maim post office. This place is horrible and will purposely rip you off.

I don’t usually leave google reviews but Kenny is so kind! He’s helpful every time I have a question and every time I leave I am satisfied. Thank you for your great customer service.

The store is small but has the necessities and is in a great location. Also, I have interacted with two of the employees a few times and they are always helpful and nice.
