Had a lost package and called this office. By far the best help I have gotten at Iowa State yet.

Man working at the counter is terribly condescending. Hours are also slightly odd and hard to meet if you have a busy schedule.

The least helpful place. Tried sending an international package at 4 o’clock and said they did not have time when last time I send a international package with them only took 2-5min. One of the rudest interactions I’ve had.
