I walked into Tradehome shoes today and noticed they had Blundstones which is not the easiest shoe to find. Nathaniel, the assistant manager was knowledgeable about the shoe and how to get for them and also how to prevent blisters by wearing wool socks. He was very kind at answering my questions and told me also they had a military discount which is helping when considering purchasing a $200 pair of Blundstones! I definitely plan to go back as my experience was positive and was attended to very well! Highly recommend!

Went in looking for a specific shoe that they didn't have but these guys were awesome. So personable and helpful. Will definitely stop back next time I need something.

I just purchased my third pair of shoes from tradehome. Each time has been a great experience. The salesman on this occasion was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

Bought New balances 574’s here for my girlfriend, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, Bill and his team were the best! highly recommend coming here they have a great selection of shoes for any occasion with great products and care!

Love this show store!!!!We’ve been coming here for many years now and they always have spectacular service and are super friendly! We get almost all of our shoes here. They jut don’t have many women’s dress heels so gotta go somewhere else for that, unfortunately, otherwise we would go here for every shoe need!!

Bill and his staff have done a wonderful job taking care of me with my feet issues. They are very knowledgeable about podiatry and their merchandise. Incredible service and great products. I cannot say enough good things about Tradehome Shoes in Ames, Iowa.

Great place to find shoes and other footwear accessories in Ames, especially with there being not that many shoe stores around here. The manager is super chill (he also opened the Merle Hay Mall location back in the 90s before it closed in 2008) and I always have a great experience at this store. One of my favorite stores at North Grand Mall.

Bill has fantastic customer service. I had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought a couple months ago and he took more than enough time to make it right. He is personable, asked questions to get to know what I was looking for and I left with a couple other purchases as well.

The service I received when shopping there was tremendous. I had issues with my old shoes and they were very helpful about what shoes would work the best with my feet. I won’t be shopping anywhere else!
