They will ship your items. For a lot of money. Don't expect any customer service. They won't even help you out with tape. And you have to provide a photo ID to ship to somebody.

After being sent back 2-3 times with my package, I've concluded that this UPS store is not the right fit for me. I'd rather drive the extra mile to the store in the north than deal with the frustrations of shipping from here. When I brought in my Amazon return package, which came in 2 boxes just as it was delivered to me, I explained the situation to the lady working there. However, she refused to scan the code, despite there being 2 different barcodes. Interestingly, I had no issues sending them from another store. Visiting this store not only wastes your time but also leaves you frustrated for the rest of the day. Never again!Edit: the reply the owner posted is not me. I visited on 26th at 11:30. Nothing that was mentioned in the comment happened except she refusing to scan. I had to leave quickly because I had to teach at 12. This is bullying!

The lady assisted us is very nice and efficient. Those review saying "Asian Lady" was just RACIST -- shame on you. Act like decent person if you wanted to be treated as one.

Bad experience. The Asian lady Charged me $1.07 for just using 20cm tape and had a rude attitude. I would never come here again.
