These people come into your lives during the most difficult and painful times, and do everything they can to ease the burden of planning and arranging services. My aunt served in Vietnam and the funeral home called to get the paperwork needed to have military honors at her graveside. Any questions were answered fully with transparency. Our entire gathering was treated with dignity and respect throughout the service and I felt comfortable knowing that the person I loved was taken excellent care of. Crystal clear communication in a timely manner and upfront answers about pricing. Utmost respect for your loved one. They couldn't have done a better job.

We were given the warmest and most caring services from beginning to end. I felt our particular needs were met with professional care and respect. We were able to customize our experience with clear answers by a experienced staff. I highly recommend Stevens Memorial for all they did during a most difficult time.

The people are pleasant enough but the presentation is deplorable. Casket flowers died overnight. Regardless of blame Stevens did nothing to warn the family or assist in rectifying the situation. The place is dirty. Trash was present on the grounds and in the bushes near BOTH entrances. Cobwebs grow from the chairs to the floor. Bathrooms in need of a good cleaning. It has taken weeks of careful consideration to write this review. Families are dealing with enough, they shouldn't have to face these issues as well.

The staff at Stevens Memorial Chapel were professional, competent, and very compassionate. They treated our loved one with dignity and respect. The process was very well explained to us, and the staff led us through every part of preparation for the ceremony attending to every need and request. In general, they eased the pain of a very painful time in the life of our family.

We were very happy with the service my family and I received. They were very cordial, respectful and caring for us at the time of my father's death. They were very helpful at the service with each detail. The walked us through the process of planning the service very well and were very understanding of what we wanted in remembering and honoring my father. The funeral director was very caring and explained the process to us in such a way that we understood it and felt comfortable. We will use their services again when needed in the future.

I don't remember much about the funeral home but the associate Lisa Montgomery, that came to our house to assist in setting up an irrevokable funeral arrangement for our son was most helpful, kind, and compassionate. Now that we have that set uo for our son, a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

My Lady's Mother, Helen Facto, was someone known to me for close to twenty-two years, and though we couldn't meet personally, due to health issues, I loved her and enjoyed our phone conversations. Stevens Chapel has done a very fine job with handling her Memorial Service.
