10 out of 5 stars. We rented an RV storage spot for a little over a year and really appreciated the team at Signature. There is real live managent on site which seems to be getting more and more rare in Ames. Scott always treated me like a person when I came to him with concerns. I didn't have to call some national call center with a script to read to me. The facility always appeared clean. The RV sites were easy to get to and easy to get in and out of woth room to walk around if we needed to get in and out or do any minor repairs. We will bring any return business back to Signature and let everyone we know to do the same

Very pleased with ease of renting with Signature Self Storage. I have rented from them previously and it was very easy to let them know that I no longer needed the space. I needed a space again and signing up online was very convenient. Customer service is outstanding.

Secure and safe! Easily accessible and they keep it really clean in the winter with storms. Highly recommend this location! Easy billing and no issues. The owner is awesome to work with!

We have rented from Signature for probably close to 3 years. We ended up with three climate controlled units because we had items from multiple homes due to deaths in our families. We have wittled down to 2 and hope to get to zero soon.
It helped relieve anxiety knowing that the belongings and keepsakes of loved ones were safe and secure.
I recommend them if you need a secure and safe storage solution.

I called in and had a few questions about storages for my cleaning businesses and what the best option for my business would be. Scott Bellis is who I spoke with. He is very mindful of what customers store as they prioritize safety for everyone who rents space. He wasn't pushy about selling, he schedule an appointment for me to check out various sizes to make the right choice! Highly recommend!!

A quiet, safe and secure place. Convenient online services. Secured entry and electronic monitoring make this a top notch storage facility. Kind of pricey though.

100% would recommend! I reserved a unit before our moving truck arrived, and when it got there I realized we needed a bigger unit - they let me change instantly with no hassle and no extra fees. Then, we ended up totally emptying our unit earlier than expected. They could’ve held me to the contract to pay a whole extra month since I didn’t give any notice, but I called to explain the situation, and they graciously didn’t charge us for the next month. The actual unit (temperature-controlled) was also nice and we didn’t have any problems, but by far the best thing was their service!
