Employees are lazy. Tried to get an issue with my phone taken care of and they sent me away to the store I bought it at. Lazy. They gave the sane xcuse to my wife and son trying to update his phone

Johnathan was helpful the other day. It was just before close and he was the only one working and he worked hard to resolve my data service issue. If you need a reason to switch to T-Mobile, a good one is the service in the retail locations. Yes you may have to wait but the staff are helpful.

Horrible. Nice enough guys but need more training. They made a mess of both new phones. After spending hours on the phone with your tech department mine was fixed. The mess with my husbands phone can't be fixed. I am returning his phone. He will stay with Verizon.

We are faced the issues with the Store Manager, She is arrogantly shouting on us and get us to out of the store, when we try to return the mobile. They don`t know how to deal with the costumer even.. really really un happy with the service, especially the store manager.

I was having a hard time porting my phone number from StraightTalk, and the assistant manager Justin spent about 4 hrs on the phone helping me. All the staff were amazing and patiently helpful until my problem was fixed.

I tried to remove my ex from the account multiple times and I was told only customer service can do it. They wouldn't assist me with the process or even explain why they couldn't do anything. After that I asked for information for my account they said their systems were down as I watched two people come in behind me and didn't walk out. Poor customer service and zero help.

TMobile won't let me quit. I've tried they keep billing me month after turning in there equipment. Got no use for T-Mobile.
