“10 out of 5 stars. We rented an RV storage spot for a little over a year and really appreciated the team at Signature. There is real live managent on site which seems to be getting more and more rare in Ames. Scott always treated me like a person when I came to him with concerns. I didn't have to call some national call center with a script to read to me. The facility always appeared clean. The RV sites were easy to get to and easy to get in and out of woth room to walk around if we needed to get in and out or do any minor repairs. We will bring any return business back to Signature and let everyone we know to do the same

“Moving is never an easy process but Steve and Megan took amazing care of us!! We were able book a unit online, buy a lock from the onsite vending machine and start filling it! When our closing date got extended we lucked out that another unit had opened up to put more of our stuff. Extremely secure and clean. 10/10 recommend!!”
