I had the pleasure of meeting Keianna at State Farm, and I must say, her professionalism and charm made my insurance experience truly delightful. Not only is she knowledgeable and efficient, but her warm demeanor and friendly smile instantly put me at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood my policy thoroughly. State Farm is lucky to have such a talented individual on their team! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I got a voicemail from Sam at Scott Richardson State Farm. Said he had urgent questions and to call him back.
I am thinking there is something seriously wrong with my account.
I call back at work and Sam started by saying I’m sure youve heard about the loss we have a had of one of our insurance sales people, and I said no. He then said he wanted to call and make sure families are protected, beginning to start trying to sell me life insurance. I had to stop him because I already have life insurance through northwestern mutual, as well as my funeral expenses taken care of if something were to happen to me. I am 34.
What I didn’t like is how they were using one of their employees deaths to sell insurance, and leaving voicemails making it seem like there’s an issue with a customer’s account.
I’ve been with Scott Richardson State Farm since 2009 but I was shocked how they went about trying to sell me life insurance today.

I would caution anyone considering using this company for a whole life insurance policy. I requested to close my policy on March 13th. After multiple docusigns, many emails, phone calls to Scott Richardson's office and to SF corporate, I still have not received my cash surrender value as of April 30th. As of two weeks ago, SF was still sending me a bill for my cancelled policy. State Farm expects it's customers make payments to them, but doesn't respect their customers enough to do the same in return. Never again, State Farm!

No difference from having no agent
Update: Just learned that one of the few communications (a letter) from Scott Richardson was a complete lie. I am not sure if State Farm in general is dishonest or if it is just this office.
