Poverty Service Agency in Ames is really not a great management company to rely on. They are very poor with management service. As a resident I get no service and they take days for maintenance . Chris has a really bad attitude and is always rude whenever contacted. Would not choose their properties.

Called in middle April. A woman answered, took my information, and assured me that I'd be called back. One month later, still no communication. Won't ever be using their services as they are NOT reliable nor true to their word. Bottom line, unacceptable and frustrating.

These guys are awesome! They've done work at my house on Stone Brooke and they do an excellent job. They take care of the lawn on a weekly basis and did an extraordinary job on the painting inside.

Unbelievably frustrating and unreliable to work with. I called every business day for 10 days for a basic roof inspection with a promise of a call back. Not once did they call back. Most of the time their phone number is answered by voicemail so I finally gave up. Avoid using this company.

I have them manage my apartments and do all repair work need. They have done painting, some windows and remodeling for me along with general repairs.
They have always done a very good job, and are a great at managing my properties.

These people are totally incompetent. It took two months and weekly phone calls for them to fix everything that needed fixing in my apartment. I finally had to threaten legal action if they did not finish fixing things. That worked pretty well.
