Nina is great. She is efficient & gives a great pedicure. I love how she trims & cleans my nails & is still very gentle. I always leave feeling very pampered my toenails look beautiful

Both Phoenix and Chau were great and did a wonderful job for my mom and me. My mom really enjoyed Chau, who did her pedi and Phoenix is always personable and accommodating; we both appreciated their friendliness; they made us feel very comfortable. And the leg massages…oh my, awesome and so relaxing! We got level 2; excellent!
Requested style: My mom requested a different color for a single toe.
Cleanliness: I love the new layout and fresh arrangement of the salon. It’s very fresh and professional
Stylist: Chau did my mom’s pedi and she requested a different color for one pinkie toe. He was very accommodating and mom said he was very pleasant and as relaxing as the chair!

Specialties: They are willing to celebrate any season, holiday, or special occasion with both color and design.
Cleanliness: Always totally clean. They take every precaution.
Stylist: Ann does my manicure every time. She is always friendly, quick, very talented and particular, snd she does all this with no pain. I love going to Pro Nails where everyone is very friendly and seems to be glad I’m there!

I have been getting my nails done here since I moved to Ames a year ago.
This place has great people that make you feel comfortable and delivers every time a good service. They are consistent in their way to work, the price is so worth it, I have never felt I overpaid and I just love to come here and have my girl time!

It was a busy Monday for the Spa and it seemed everyone was working. Nina did my manicure and she did a great job! I’m sorry I don’t remember who did my pedicure but she also did a great job.
I want to try a nail art I saw so next time I hope to see if you can do it.

I've been going to Jenniffer at ProNails for five years, and she is exceptional! Her meticulous attention to detail and artistry make every manicure and pedicure perfect. She always ensures I'm comfortable and leaves my nails looking fabulous. The entire salon experience is equally wonderful. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment I walk in. The salon is clean, stylish, and well-maintained, adding to the overall relaxing experience.
