We also had toads take up residence in our window well and getting crickets for them here has been a fun experience for them. I also appreciate the weekly coupon deals. He diagnosed our beloved kitty with a terminal condition and was so patient, kind and compassionate through the process of helping her cross the rainbow bridge. He explained everything so we would know what to expect, as this was the first time our family had gone through this. He is patient and gentle and it is obvious how much he truly cares about his patients and their families.

The staff are always patient and caring with my shy babies, and they consistently provide excellent service, answering all of my questions. Their hours of operation (open until 10 pm CST!) and cleanliness standards are great, too.
