They messed things up with me twice, firstly the bundle service cancellation was not been done probably and still tried to charge me, secondly was the internet service cancellation, and I have made the phone call to cancel the service, one month later they sent me the bill cost $141 instead of $20 dollar which should be cancelled one month ago and they charged me another one more month! That’s ridiculous! and in fact they were already stopped my Mediacom app access one month before. This company is unreliable.

Been w the company for over 10 years and bill keeps increasing and the policies have changed without sufficient notice. They can give such a great deal to new customers but stay for ten years and pay 200 plus per month for internet and home phone. No cable no extra!!!
When asking to escalate to a manager 30 plus min still no person ? glad I've been a customer for so long. And then was disconnected from call so I will have to start over !!!!

I hate how Mediacom operates! Yesterday, a Mediacom technician was outside my apartment complex working on the outside box. I watched him for a moment before finishing household chores. An hour later, he was gone and I discovered my Internet had been disconnected. I am a paying customer in good standing each month (pay before the due date). It's no doubt it was a mistake on the technician part. It happened once before. The tech cut off the wrong unit. This isn't a big deal but today when I went to the office, they were CLOSED for no good reason! This means I'm without internet for 4 days. This pisses me off.

High-speed internet is still in tiers, making it expensive for streaming and online gaming. Need the flat $50 a month with unlimited use that is standard for most big providers.

I would give MediaCom negative stars if I could. Never have I ever had such horrific wifi. I am constantly having to reset the router and/or turning it off and back on just to make it work. Even when it is working well it's subpar to everything else. It's worse than just hotspotting my phone.

I have at least 5 times per day interruption of tv coverage for loading video excuse for up to 7 minutes each time. I have used different cable TV companies for 50 years and Mediacom is the worst.

Service is always slow or out. Customer service reps are extremely rude, I left and went with another provider.

My mom passed away and her account was all taken care of all the merchandise returned and I get a bill today for $408. I called customer service and they tell me that I need to go into the store and talk to them. This is so aggravating when this was all taken care of at one time.

have mediacom well over 10 years. had 1gbps internet plan for quite a while. over 3 years. no high speed alternative. idk how they think they are so amazing. internet always inconsistent, they reboot our modem frequently, theyve messed up and gave someone else our mac address, which was disconnecting us about every hr. they show up, and do literally EVERYTHING we have tried. know what they do that we cant? make a phone call. then BAM internet is running 900mbps+ for about 2-3 days. then keeps trying to say its our equipment when we wont even touch anything. my dad has extensive knowledge in networking and has shown them prove that they are messing with our speeds but its still our equipment that is the issue. yeah ok whatever losers. i attached images of our avg download/upload. can you tell when we get a service tech out here? i sure can
