This place sucks big time. Do not go here. I went in on a Tuesday because my knee was swollen to the size of a softball and I am unable to walk on it. They had me come in and do an X-ray right away. Results of the X-ray were inconclusive, so I was setup to do an MRI the same day. The doctor mentioned I could potentially need ER. I went back to the waiting room while they setup the MRI. After an hour and a half of waiting I was told by the front desk to come back at 10am the next day. Never saw the doctor again, went back home with nothing. Still can’t walk on the knee at this point and the pain is almost intolerable. So Wednesday I come for the MRI, I receive the results 45 min later via MyChart. It is now Thursday, almost 3 days since my initial visit. Still haven’t heard anything from a doctor about results of the MRI, etc. At this point I still can not walk. This place sucks. Do not go here.

Legit the shadiest and least trustworthy clinic I've had the displeasure of working with. I will never come here again, and I will tell my friends not to come here. Jesus. H. Christ.

Amanda the receptionist is rude and unhelpful. Why work a job like that if you can’t simply be nice or even fake being nice. Disappointing!

How about instead of blaming the government about their "no surprises" bill you just start telling the truth about your billing. What kind of person says well the government passed legislation saying I can't lie and inflate my customers bills anymore and decides the solution is to just not even talk about the bill at all until it's delivered. "I can't lie if I don't say anything" what kind of solution is that? You guys are literally everything that's wrong with humanity. I hope the God and Father of my Lord Jesus the Christ punishes you swiftly for your corrupt bisiness practices.

I had a planned procedure on my esophagus and a colonoscopy directly after. During the colonoscopy I became aware of excruciating pain. I felt like something was being thrust inside of me over and over again. Finally I felt something being withdrawn and felt so much relief. When I spoke to a Patient Relations Rep, she said" I am sorry your procedure did not meet your expectations". My expectation was that, like all of the other colonoscopies I have had, that I would not experience any discomfort. I believe that is a reasonable expectation. The Dr. Denied any of this happened. The assisting nurse admitted that it happened. I feel betrayed by this Dr and the medical system. I am suffering emotional and physical complications, but I have a great primary Dr. Who has been very helpful. I have filed several complaints and hopeful that this nightmare can be resoved.

The low rating is not for all of McFarland, just the ENT staff of Dr Bancroft. They are rude and completely unhelpful. When I finally asked to speak to the doctor they told me he wasn't in. Dr Bancroft is a nice doctor but unfortunately his staff is lacking completely in customer service skills. I will not see this doctor again and will not recommend ENT at McFarland.

I find the clinic staff and doctors exceptional. I came from a large clinic in Wisconsin that thought was good, McFarland is better.I had the pleasure of working with several ladies from the HR department when they volunteered to help prepare a meal at Food at First. They were a pleasure to work with and represented McFarland wonderfully. This shows me that not only is the clinic great, the people that work there are compassionate and care about people in the community. I will continue to recommend the clinic to anyone that asks me about it.

I wish I could go into the negatives to leave a review for this "clinic". I was in a horrific car accident and came here for surgery. Both doctors said horrible things (one told me to shut up during surgery. The other told me to just apply pressure in my free time to my crooked nose that I can't breathe out of properly to this day.) And they have the nerve to try and charge me Over $1,000 for botched surgeries. Are you kidding me. This place is disgusting and you're better off doing your research and going to real doctors. Even if you have to drive out of town. Do not waste your money and time and health here. Trust me.

Trishia of Radiology is an excellent employee. I undergone CT scan and sensing that I was uncomfortable as I am claustrophobic, she put on an apron and she stayed near my side so I did not feel alone during the scanning. She is the most compassionate individual I met in my almost 20 years of going to McFarland Clinic.

This fucking place sucks they make u wait for everything i had a bad ig that wasn't even in my vein causing pain, i asked to get it out its been over an hour. Ordered food and nothing came until two hours later just to ge left on a table literally across the room. I'm in pain can barely move like use your f*ckinng brains! Another time i came got stuff checked in and said i wanted to leave i left and got charged 800$. This place is a mess the employees clearly can't handle either emotions so overall negative stars.

Geniluinly terrible. I wish there were more options in ames. McFarland clinics are greedy and do not care about the health of anybody. Unless you have money for them in my opinion they could careless if you die on thier door step. I owe a 150. Bill i have had multiple medical emergencies since being in ames and am also chronicly ill with 3 auto immune diseases. They dont not care and have refused to treat me unless i have money in hand. They show very clearly what is wrong with our entire countries medical system. GREED OVER LIFE!.
