Great communication and good availability for short notice. Wish prices were better for one time visits.

Nick was Absolutely wonderful. Scheduled 2 more appointments already and did the monthly plan for a year. Cheaper! I recommend Massage Heights to anyone!

Horrible Horrible. You get roped into a membership after the first visit to get the cheaper rate. They do not supply a copy nor explain the cancelation process. The first visit is good, but subsequent visits are worthless. A deep massage turns into barely a tickle while the person is on their phone!!! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Sadie knows what's up! She can tell by the way you walk, sit, or hold yourself where you need work. And she is simply amazing with cupping and deep tissue!!

I showed up for my hour massage 15 minutes early like I was asked, filled out my paperwork and waited 15 minutes past my appointment time and then only got a 45 minute massage even though I had booked an hour massage and was charged for an hour massage, and they thought that I should sign up for their program and I said no several times and they continued to bug me about the benefits of joining their program. The massage was sub par at best.

I have tried many massage therapist and companies over the years and was hesitant to try Massage Heights since the prices were a little higher than I’m used to. My mom purchased me a massage about a year ago and since then, I have gotten a membership and intend to continue that! Not only are the front desk staff friendly, accommodating, and amazing, but Dalton, my massage therapist, is one of the best I’ve had. He listens to what I ask for and always utilizes the time well. I can’t speak for other locations, but the Ames Massage Heights is #1 in my book!

I could hear laughing and loud talking outside my room which wasn't relaxing. But also, I had asked for relaxation, and specifically said I didn't want deep tissue, but it felt like deep tissue and was painful vs relaxing. Also, massage started after 5:00, and when we were done it was 6:22. So didn't even last the 90min that I paid for, just barely over an hour. But considering it was not relaxing, I was ready to be done. I have now heard a lot of people say they don't go for the entire time you paid for. Not cool.

This is the second time they cancelled my prenatal massage because the masseuse was sick. This time they waited until I walked in for my scheduled appointment.

Place is pretty. Put together.. Massage ?♀️ was given by a Steven and was NOT good. I wasn't pleased at all. I'll give it another chance to change my rating with a new person. Until then.. I'm disappointed. Side note ..... I don't think they changed sheets and that made me uncomfortable as soon as I got there. I could be wrong. But they didn't make me feel like they were changed.

I had one good massage therapy session out of 3 so far, the most recent visit I could not schedule with my preferred therapist so I asked for the best comparable replacement. It was a session that did not do anything for me except $90 down the drain. My advice to All is that if you find a good therapist, stick with them and not take the recommendation of staff as it may be biased to fill appointments. I still tipped $15 just to be polite of course, although it was a sub standard experience. I do place some blame on myself as I agreed to the recommendation of replacement :(They are professional and polite staff to be fair in my review.

Have had a membership here for at least two years and it's worth it. After 7 car accidents and no more auto insurance coverage, this is still affordable, even for a Mom of five! I run my own businesses and am finishing a degree at ISU and I am definitely grateful for my massage escapes, my elevate me time! Ask for Jenn if you like firm and deep tissue massages like I do!! Highly recommended!

Aromatherapy was a joke. Nothing they promised to do was done. The value they say is 240 so they can write the whole thing off and try to induce larger tips. I have no doubt that I will never return.

There was a misscommunication for the appointment. However, they just grabbed the money (a bd gift) and didn't want to reschedule. If the point of therapy is to become stress free, this is a wrong place to go. Now I am really stressed out. It wasn’t because the appointment was misplaced, it was the way they handled it: very RUDE!!! I was very polite and didn't argue about the lost service. However, they made me feel guilty if as I have done something horrible and then, they just angrily bang the phone on me??? The worse manner of this magnitude from this type of business where the job supposedto be about relaxation??? I strongly DO NOT recommend it.
