Every time I come in there is a younger gentleman his name is Cole and he always has a smile on his face. The store is definitely the cleanest one I've seen around town and they have a large variety of items to purchase.

Faith, Cole, and I believe the older women is Melissa, they have been very helpful when I come in for my essentials they never seem bothered by my random questions or anything of the sort. Bathroom is always very neat they always seem very busy at work weather that's cleaning or something else.

I've been helped by a younger dude at this store twice once in the winter and once in the spring with my car problems every time I stop at this store he's either cleaning the pumps or the massive figure in front of the store he's one of the employees that makes it worth it to go there for my gas or store products, there's a women who I've seen a couple of times with red hair who is also very nice. All'n'all a great store.

Despicable food and disgraceful manager. Apparently he finds it cute and acceptable to serve this small pile of feta cheese and call it your pork/mango sandwich. What a joke.

Gas at Kum & Go in Ames today is $3.89. In Ankeny its $3.15. That's called price gouging. That's a .74 cent difference. I wish I could let everyone in Ames know what was going on.

Offered a valid and current form of id and was denied the purchase of tobacco. The cashier was incredibly rude as well hopefully the management will see this and that individual will be terminated. This was a huge inconvenience and I am personally not going to choose kum and go for a while.
