The customer service is good, however I’ve experienced issues with both my vehicle when I’ve taken them there. The first time they repaired the damage, the second vehicle, I asked them to leave it and I would repair it myself. Good customer service, unfortunately I’ve lost trust in the staff’s technical abilities.

This place may seem cheaper than a dealer, but you will pay for it in multiples later. After getting an oil change at this location, I took my car to a dealer the next time it was due for service, only to find out that Jiffy Lube had broken my glove box compartment while replacing the cabin air filter.Run away and don't look back!

I was told my car was required to use a synthetic (&100 up charge) and that I wouldn’t need an oil change for 45k miles. They are either dishonest or misinformed. This place has gone downhill in recent years

My daughter went in for a standard oil change (usually Dad does it for her but she's at college) and Steven S. waited on her. She was never made aware of pricing ahead of time but he did try to upswell her several items she does not need at this time. When she declined, he became short and irritated with her. From reading prior reviews, I suppose she should feel lucky that she was at least asked before having items replaced. However, she left there in tears having expected to pay around $50 for an oil change and being charged double that. It's a college town; be more upfront with charges (and stop being pushy with up sales) as these students are living paycheck to paycheck.

Paid $200+ dollars for a coolant flush then didn't make it two minutes away before the car started overheating... Checked under the hood and there was no coolant in the radiator! After paying over $200 I'd expect the job to at least be done... Seemed like Steve was in a mood, but come on..

So I went to get my radiator flushed and had a miscommunication with one of the employees about a price on my bill. Most car places would of told me that I had to pay it on well, but there was a specific guy named KYLE who fixed everything. I've been a customer for 5 years off and on at this place and the management before them just basically didn't care, so that's why I started going other places, but it was early and they could get me in right away so give it up to KYLE because I was having a really bad morning and he was more concerned about a happy customer then the money. Yes that's how you keep a loyal customer

The customer service was amazing they had me in and out within a great time frame and I was offered exceptional service as well as offers for things possibly need maintenance on my car. They were great and affordable considering the alternatives.
