I experienced extremely poor communication. I left voicemails a few times, hoping they would return the call after finishing their job (if they were occupied during the call), but they did not respond—not on the same day, not even after three days! I left voicemails at least four or five times. I contacted them because of their high reviews on Google, but I wonder how they achieved such a high rating with this kind of poor communication.

Justice from IHC was professional and swift with scheduling and thoroughly picking up and hauling away our yard waste for a reasonable price. We have used IHC's services several times now and will plan to again. Very dependable! Thank you!

Two guys helped unload our 26 ft truck and 6 x 12 U-Haul trailer (divided between two locations). They were prompt, polite, quick, and careful.

If you are looking for a fast and clean move with very friendly and experienced movers, I definitely recommend IHC. The price is competitive and there are no hidden fees. Also they do a lot of the things, like using proper covers for furniture that many companies brag about, but they made premium moving service sound like their basic standard.

Movers (Bryce & Julian) showed up when scheduled, and worked hard for 2 straight hours. They were in charge of moving the heavy furniture (armoire, dressers, treadmill, workout mats, etc) and never complained. Took extra care by putting door and stair railing covers to keep our house from getting scratched up. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience working with IHC when I moved to another state! Great communication and easy scheduling process. They helped me with packing and handled everything with care. On the moving day, the moving crew was on time and very efficient with loading and unloading. They are also very friendly and kind, made the moving process less boring! Everything went smoothly, and I would recommend them to others!

Hired for an upright piano move. Moved it out of a house and up two flights of stairs to my new place across town in about 45 minutes total. Extremely fast, safe, and great guys. 10/10 would recommend for any moves!!!
