We recently investigated adding a master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room onto our farmhouse that was built in 1897. We requested estimates from several builders and selected Integrity for several reasons.
First and foremost was honesty about what to expect before, during and after the project. Nothing hidden - we knew what to expect throughout the project.
Second, was an amazing design that blended the rooflines of the addition with those of the existing home. The design focused on simple elegance that fit the theme of our farmhouse. The design team listened to our vision and incorporated each essential point - they made our dream space become a reality. We also appreciated the use of local contractors that we will use in the future.
Third, was a casual (but professional) working relationship with us and the many contractors that were involved with the project. Taylor, Justin and Joani worked well together as a team and continually involved us on day-to-day decisions.
And finally, "integrity" of how they handled a small issue that came up with one of the contractors. The issue was handled professionally with a positive outcome.
In summary, we had an overall great experience with Integrity Construction. We highly recommend the company.

Integrity Construction was helpful and guided me through all of the steps in new home construction, and explained the answers in detail... answering all of my questions about new home construction in Ames vs buying a home and doing a remodeling renovation. They were kind and courteous, and had a lot of really great examples of what is possible... that was extremely helpful.

I am nearing one full year in my new home, and still could not be more happy with my choice of picking Integrity Construction. They made the entire process of designing and building a new home as absolutely easy and smooth as possible. Through every step in the process, they were always open and honest in all communications, timely and consistent in all work stages being done, and beyond helpful and knowledgeable in all areas. We chose integrity to build a house on our acreage after looking at a few builders in the Ames area. They seemed like a great fit for us because they were just as invested as we were in ensuring the end product was exactly what we pictured; plus they were personable and genuine from the first meeting we had with them. Everyone on the integrity team was very honest, detail-oriented, and managed the building process as if it were their own home. Even months after move-in date, they've been responsive and proactive to check-in and make sure everything is in working order. The whole team made building a home a wonderful experience - we'd recommend them to anyone looking to build a quality home.

We chose Integrity Construction when we decided to build our dream home near Woodward. They came out and trounced through Derecho ridden woods to help figure out placement of our future home, when it came to design, Matt listened to what we wanted in our home, looked at the example floor plans that we liked, but also listened to what wasn't right about those floor plans. The first design he presented us with needed very little tweaking to make it just right for us. The process was a painless as building a new home can be. Throughout the process they kept us in the loop of what was going on, and were very responsive in getting back to us when we had questions or concerns. My wife and I built our home with Integrity 2021-2022. We met with Brad and his team during an initial meeting and had a very good interaction, feeling that we would work well together. Matt really helped carry out our design ideas so that our future home was what we had hoped for. Throughout the build process, Meg, Greg, and Scott were wonderful references with impeccable attention to detail. Most importantly to us was responsiveness, as we had a LOT of questions. They were quick to reply and get answers for us. As with anything post-pandemic, there were delays, most of which were unrelated to Integrity and their subcontractors but more to supply chain issues. Following completion, they have continued to be extremely attentive to any issues that have cropped up, as have their subs. I cannot say enough about Brad and his team. Greg came onboard with Integrity during our build, hit the ground running, and I would say is a perfect fit for the Integrity team. Our home is a dream come true. We would be extremely happy to work with Integrity again!
