Hyvee no longer taking bottles and cans for recycling. Nice. Now all those containers I pay an extra 5 cents for go into the trash. Way to contribute to furthering the excess waste and overuse of natural resources our society already faces. Not a responsible company. Have shopped at Hyvee for over 20 years. No longer. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The food was well stocked and they had delicious donuts. -1 star for the awful bathrooms, they looked trashed, but the rest of the place looked clean and actually pretty nice.

I went to go get gas, paid at the pump. I got $12 worth and the company charged my card over $150 and caused overdraft fees. When I went inside they said i had to call my bank. Don't go here if you dont want to be overcharged!!

They recently remodeled and the store looks great. The service is always friendly and willing to answer any questions, or help pump gas if I need it. They give free fountain drinks and coffee to military members and veterans. You also get a $.03 discount on gas if you pay with cash inside.

Sure wasn't a help smile in any of these aisles. My girlfriend asked a simple question about why the can redemption here only paid 6 dollars a day while the other Hy-Vee in town has no limit and the kid got a smarmy attitude and recited some canned shpeel about his manager telling him they couldn't pay any more. Very unimpressed.

I stop here very frequently and the staff are always on point. I’ve never had a bad experience. The facility is clean. Good options of fresh food.

I like the Hy-Vee brand, they have cheaper cigarettes than anyone on this side of town, and they have delicious iced coffee! They have free air, and the gas prices are comparable to around town. The 2 star rating is due to the fact there are at least 3 cashiers who are ALWAYS rude as f, and they act like they have a million things they would rather do than help you. If Melissa is the one working, I would just leave.
