Very good communication skills. My vehicle was checked over and a problem was found within 3 hours of dropping it off. I drove my car until a few days later when the part came in. My car was done the very next day. Great personal service!

All I wanted them to do was mount 4 tires and balance them but I had problems with my air tire sensors they figured it all out got it done got everything back on the road everything's working great tires feel really good at 75 miles an hour down the road. Keep in mind there's 2 Hansen automotive places one is tires and brakes the other 1 is more motor stuff and other things but together they can do most everything you need for a car or a truck.

I went in to their shop to get an estimate on an engine mechanical problem. The first thing the service writer asked me was "how much do you want to spend". Seriously!!! Absolutely the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard.
