This was the second time we’ve gone with Lisa at Global State Mortgage for our mortgage loan processing. She and her team are always fantastic to work with. They make things super simple throughout the whole process, are always very responsive to questions, and give solid advice on whether or not it’s advantageous to pay more $ down/buy points to lock-in rates early and/or bring down the rate etc. If we ever need to go through a mortgage closing again in the future, we’ll be sure to seek her out- Highly recommend!

We cannot thank Lisa and her team enough for making our first time home buying process so smooth! We were encouraged to ask as many questions as we needed and Lisa and the team always got back to us super fast. We were never left wondering what the next step was, as soon as something was checked off the list we had our next directions/tasks presented to us. We were able to secure a home within a week of being pre-approved! Do not hesitate to work with this amazing team!

Angie Kettwig was very proactive throughout my entire process. She produces great results and was so explanatory about the entire process which was truly helpful for being a first time home buyer. Lisa and Angie worked with us to purchase our second home. We had an incredibly tight timescale while purchasing from across the country. There were some tense moments with our timescale and circumstances, but ultimately, I don't think we could have pulled off this purchase without Lisa and Angie!!!

If you have the opportunity to work with her, you’re extremely lucky because she does everything that she can to make it great for you. Alli is absolutely amazing to work with she makes applying for a mortgage to be simple. Bonus, she is absolutely the sweetest. This is the second mortgage I have secured using Global State Mortgage. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking into purchasing a house.
