They also SAVED THE DAY when they were able to quickly fix a typo (my mistake) within hours of me noticing it and talking to them about it. Fantastic company. Thank you First Class Signs!

While the work might be good the service is not. I’ve had to continually follow up and email to get any level of service. I understand people are busy, it’s weather dependent and hard to get employees. I’m only asking for communication and not to continually be pushed back time and time and time again. We’ve been requesting a sign for months (four months to be exact), and we still do not have one.

This place offers the worst customer service ever. And they are slower than a snail.Waited 6 weeks before we pulled the plug.I would truly go somewhere else.

Very professional and friendly staff were an ease to work with. Replaced our office window graphics at a reasonable price. Approved the graphics on Wednesday afternoon and install completed Monday afternoon. It looks great! Highly recommend them
