Our luggage was lost by the airlines which at that point it was delivered to FedEx. Due to mis-information from the airline the manager at Ames location, Brian G, went above and beyond to track down our luggage and retrieve it for us. He is a great asset to have. Thank you.

I just had great service here (May 26 2pm). The employee i worked with is not regularly at the counter, but he went through my return with a smile and friendly communication. I didn't catch his name, but I hope whomever sees this recognize him for providing great service!
