The only reason they only get 1 star is because they keep taking my car but overall the people are very nice there and I know it's not their fault. Good people

Towed my car even though it was legally parked and once I saw them starting to hook it up to the tow truck I came out to show them that I was allowed to park there. They didn't care and said the only way I could get my car back was to pay them $250 in cash on the spot and it I didn't have it it would be $300 after it was towed. This is a predatory business.

Gabe was an incredibly professional driver. Before coming to my car, he ensured he had the right equipment so that there was no damage. My car sits low. It was perfect! He even got it into the garage, like a champ

TJ was amazing. He towed me all the way from Ames over to Boone. He was incredibly kind and professional and if I ever need a tow again I would ask for him.

Not 24 hour towing! I got a flat tire in Ames at about 10pm on a Tuesday night. I asked for a tow to get my truck and myself home. Whomever answered the phone was rude and literally asked me' "What do you want me to do about it?" and told me it was after hours for a tow. I needed to get home and couldn't leave my truck where it was so I called a competitor. They were great.

I would highly recommend Elmquist Towing. They were there within 15 minutes of me calling. I talked to Shawn on the phone and he was super nice and very quick and easy to talk to. TJ picked up my truck and again was super nice and pleasant to talk to. He very impressively towed my truck out of a tiny parking spot without hitting any other cars!!

I accidentally locked myself out of my car at Aldi in Ames around 2-3pm on a Saturday- shortly after I called to get some help Gabe H showed up and was able to get into my car very easily. Gabe is an extremely kind guy, and I really appreciate his help. Thanks again Gabe ?
