Making a review in hopes that it'll give someone else some assurance since I didn't see any regarding this particular service!
I had my EGR Valve replaced on a 2008 Pontiac Torrent. Average time (according to Google) is 1.5hrs and the same frame was given when I dropped my car off; picked it up sooner than that with 30 min shaved off (granted the EGR Valve is easily accessible for my make & model) and the price is pretty fair I think ($136 pre-tax & $145 after). However, I did buy the part myself at a different automotive store so your guesstimate might be different. Pretty at ease overall, straightforward & in and out. Car sounds and feels like it's better already.

Eastman auto is great. In getting your car in and out in a timely manner and a fair price compared to other places around. Larry is a very honest person. I won’t take our cars anywhere else.

We always get great service at Eastman Auto. It's not the cheapest place to get a vehicle repaired and serviced, but Larry is skilled, honest and timely. We feel our vehicles are in good hands at Eastman Auto.

Our transmission went out on our way to Texas. Larry arranged for a quick tow for truck and boat. Was able to rush in parts and have the whole thing fixed in a day at a reasonable rate! Also gave us a loaner car to use. I would highly recommend Eastman Repair to all!!

My son got stranded near Ames and this wonderful repair service sent a tow truck to pick him and his cat up, repaired the problem (a pulley), and had him back on the road 2.5 hours later! Now he's on the way to OKC for Xmas. If you are local, please patronize this business.
