Highly recommend! Very easy to set up rental for storage needs, text communication often which was super helpful, great people to work with, and reasonable prices! Marty helped me determine the size of the unit and walked me through the whole process in a quick phone call.

I rented a space for my patio furniture and outdoor gear for the winter and ice fishing gear for the summer. It has been great so far, a clean secure storage space, responsive management, quick to reply and answer questions. I highly recommended it.

Been using this storage company for several years altogether. When I ended my original contract (new home had a garage) we didnt need this for a while. Come a year or so later our business kept growing so naturally we needed more space for our equipment but also personal use overflow.
Both times when we have left one contract, or switched to another have been easy. Communication with management has never been an issue and they have always been gracious to give us time when transitioning between units.
Anyone who lives in Ames knows there are plenty of storage companies, but it's difficult to find one that is as easy to communicate with as I've experienced. Being a small business owner, it makes a significant difference having to ability to actually communicate with a person and not a computer.
