Utterly slow. Takes 15 minutes per person in line to get a script. No matter what time one goes to this cvs, there is always a line, and no sene of urgency or planning by staff

Doctor phones in the order, doesn't matter. When you come to the window its the first they heard of it. So you have to come back in 15 minutes. They don't have the med, do you want a partial? So you have to come back in another 15 minutes and wait in another 15 minute line. So you've waited in 3 lines for 15 minutes each time. So you come back in a month to get the rest of your partial, its not ready, come back tomorrow. It takes 3 trips for 1 prescription. PLUS! They average between 5-7 minutes per customer at the window! Forget calling them, you can't get them on the phone.

I moved my pharmacy needs to CVS in Target a while ago because of their prompt and friendly service. Recently, any time I go in to pick up a prescription, it feels very unorganized and all the pharm techs seem very overwhelmed and frustrated, as well as my prescriptions are taking longer to fill with out any explanation.

They are extremely slow, make people wait forever, usually only on person at register when there are two and staff is very rude.

Service has gone downhill. This used to be a decent pharmacy. Now there is a delay 100% of the time. No matter if I’ve called in to verify it’s ready, gotten 100 messages from them it’s ready, don’t be fooled it’s not ready. They’re always “working on it.” Again, I’ve called ahead, I’ve literally gotten two messages a day for days and somehow I arrive when they’re working on it. Amazing. Also, another customer that was complaining about the same thing in front of me. Left and the people behind the half wall started talking about her. Not quietly. Problems with my sons medicine every time. Guess how I solved it? Switching to another pharmacy. Now no problems with his medicine. Weird, huh?

Service is usually bad, particularly the technicians. Rude and unhelpful. It's all about what they can't do rather than what they can.

I love this pharmacy - everyone is helpful and I get to shop at Target when I pick up my prescription! Great place for flu shots - you get a store gift card when you get your vaccination :)
