I've dropped in here a couple times in the past year while visiting Ames. The owners and coaches are all really great, and the members are very welcoming. One of my favorite gyms I've ever visited while traveling, for sure.

I came to drop in for a month while I was home and I couldn't be happier. The coaches are excellent and helpful and the community is really nice and kind. I am so grateful that I found these folks and this awesome gym. The location is also really cool - between the highway and Lincoln, so pretty easy to get to.
