Not a lot of businesses wow me these days, but this is one of them. Super friendly folks helping out people with repairs and doing it the right way. I've had issues a few times with my screen having gone to other places, and the team here didn't just fix the issue but took multiple steps to prevent it from happening again. Loctite on screws, some strategically placed tape, proper seals, just great and thorough work. And I got a great conversation out of it at the same time. Pretty wild to do intricate work with tiny screws while also having an engaging conversation. This is definitely the place to go for phone repair. Very thankful for their time and expertise.

They recently brought my beloved but aging 2015 iPad Pro back to life.
The battery had died, and I thought it was beyond repair. Even Apple support suggested it was time to recycle it.
But these guys worked their magic and restored it to its former glory.
Not only was the repair top-notch, but their customer service was exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated by txt throughout the process.

Excellent service, excellent workmanship, and I've unfortunately seen what bad service and workmanship on phones look like. I've had two different phone screens replaced by them at this point, and each time it's been great. I'll definitely return to them in the future.

Best experience with customer service I've had in a long time.
Was having an issue with my device and was worried it was replacement time.
Rob T. At the Ames office was polite courteous and listened to my concerns and set me at ease that he had me covered.
In addition he doubled checked out the device before I left to make sure all issues addressed

ROB IS THE BEST !!!!! I BROUGHT MY COMUPTER INTO HIM AND IT HAD A VIRUS AND HE GOT RID OF IT IN 15 MINS AND DIDNT CHARGE ME A PENNY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUYS

Fantastic service. Super knowledgeable and was able to follow exactly the issue that I was having and understand how to fix it instantly. Was in and out within 20 minutes, 10 of which was sitting there and having a conversation with the fantastic workers and staff and five of which was waiting to be talked to while they helped a another customer. Could not recommend this place enough they are incredible

I walked in with a broken screen, walked out an hour later with a fixed screen and a discounted screen protector. He answered my questions and showed me what the screen looks like when I asked. Highly recommend!

Rob AMAZING at his job. right when I walked in he was able to figure out the issue with my phone and recover my data. He was very helpful and professional. I would totally go to this place again any time I have any issues with my phone. 10/10 would recommend to anyone
with problems with there phones!!!!

Brought my severely damaged iPhone in and Rob was a true professional and absolutely went above and beyond with his customer service. He explained my options clearly to help me make the best decision and when the repair ran into a hiccup he was quick to pivot to get me the best final outcome possible. I’ll definitely be coming back if an issue arises again!
