My issue was a little bit complecated. However, the store manager patiently put more than an hour to solve my issue. The were two senior people before me and the way he was treating them with patient and respect, and solving their issue was impressive.

Very helpful, and informative when selecting a new cell phone and wasn't pressured into selecting a plan or phone which wasn't need for my situation. All representatives were very professional and courteous and never felt rushed or pushed to pick a plan or phone

While I absolutely HATED how my transition went with switching to Verizon from Straight Talk, we received great customer service from these people. I had to go in 3 different times never for less than a half hour each but it made it much less stressful since they were taking care of it and talking to Verizon's and straight talks AWFUL customer service lines.

Tyrese the Manager was the most patient and kind person I have ever met. He had so much compassion for the issues I had with a very big problem on my account. He stayed on hold with someone above him to get the problem which saved me hundreds of dollars for hours. I’m an eternally grateful for his kindness and the fact that I felt like a person and not just a number or a dollar. Went to Verizon to upgrade my phone to the 13 Max Pro because they just got shipped in. Went in to be told i had a past bill payment, which is fine and i paid off on the spot. Then the employee working was told that their finance team would have to speak with the owner of the plan, but she proceeds to say all our personal information across the room while trying to control a little kid. The finance team said that it would be months till i can get my upgrade. If you use Verizon’s services please do use this store. If i could give less stars i would.
